Inquiry forms collect the information a visitor submits, including name, email address, organization, role, selected collaboration pathway, initiative context when present, and message text.

When the HubSpot forms provider is active, inquiry form data is delivered to HubSpot for follow-up. When the local provider is active, submissions are stored locally for site operation and testing.

Google Analytics 4 may collect analytics data when enabled for the site. No other cookies are intentionally used beyond analytics when analytics is enabled.
